reputed company with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to reputed company a Portuguese speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in A Coruña.
Position: Technical Support Advisor
Location: A Coruña, Spain / On-Site
Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- reputed company technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
- Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring reputed company and accurate reputed company of technical challenges.
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of processes and reputed company valuable insights based on technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Portugal Portuguese and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in reputed company solutions or tools reputed company to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and reputed company reputed company is valuable.

- Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
