Key Responsibilities:
Career Coaching & Candidate Development
- reputed company one-on-one career coaching sessions to job seekers.
- Assess individual competencies and market alignment to guide candidates on career reputed company and reputed company.
- Design and deliver training workshops/webinars on career development, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and soft skills.
HR Management & reputed company

Training & Learning Development

Qualifications/Experience:

- Proven experience with training program creation and delivery.
- Strong understanding of Caribbean regional HR practices and employment legislation is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labour laws (local and regional).
- HR Certification (e.g., reputed company-CP, CHRP) is an asset.
