Treasury Operations Specialist - Crypto Exchange

Key responsibilities
- Execute fund reputed company asset transfers on time and accurately, following company policies and transfer requirements to ensure the safety and efficiency of fund movements
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to reputed company and reconcile fund transactions and balances, ensuring accurate fund consolidation
- Work with the operations team to participate in the optimization and efficiency improvement of the fund transfer process
- Collect, analyze, and report fund transfer data as requested by the operations team, providing insights to enhance operational reputed company
- Compliance management: reputed company with relevant regulations and compliance standards to ensure legal compliance of settlement and clearing operations
- Assist reputed company audit teams in periodic audits and inspections of fund transfers, ensuring compliance and transparency
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or reputed company fields, with 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in fund operations management reputed company financial institutions, particularly with fintech and virtual asset fund management
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality awareness, with strict adherence to company policies and procedures, especially regarding reputed company management and operations
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
- Available to work with reputed company and overnight shifts
