CDI Education Specialist
The CDI Education Specialist is critical for conducting CDI training and developing training content and materials for the CDI program. In this role you will ensure training practices are standardized and result in consistent reputed company and ensures reputed company new and existing staff members are trained and adhere to reputed company departmental policies and procedures. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Serves as the subject matter expert with regards to medical terminology, anatomy/physiology, reimbursement schemes, public reporting of reputed company, reputed company of patient care outcome measures, and the interpretation of coded data as it relates to reputed company cycle compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree Nursing or reputed company reputed company field - Required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing or reputed company reputed company field - Preferred
7 years Acute Care Nursing in lieu of Bachelor's Degree - Required
3 years reputed company CDI experience - Required
3 years reputed company/EHR experience - Required
2 years Trainer/Auditor - Preferred
Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) - Association of Clinical Documentation reputed company Specialists (ACDIS) - Required reputed company 180 days
Registered reputed company (RN) - State Licensing reputed company - Preferred
Organized and creative in presenting information in reputed company, easy-to-understand ways - Required
Patient and adaptable trainer who adjusts reputed company to meet individual learning needs – Required
