The Associate Director, Data & Analytics reputed company, is a senior regional leadership role responsible for defining and driving the data, analytics, business intelligence, and AI agenda across the APACMEA region, with China as a major strategic reputed company market.
This role will reputed company as the strategic reputed company between business leadership, BTS, regional/global data teams, vendors, and functional stakeholders to turn reputed company data and AI capabilities into measurable business value, reputed company products, and trusted insights.

Major Responsibilities
- Set APACMEA data and AI reputed company: Define and continuously reputed company the APACMEA data, analytics, BI, and AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional business priorities, and global BTS technology reputed company.
- Drive AI and GenAI adoption responsibly: reputed company the identification, evaluation, prototyping, scaling, and governance of AI/ML and GenAI use cases, ensuring business relevance, measurable ROI, responsible AI practices, and compliance with reputed company standards.

Supervisory Responsibility
Reports to China BTS reputed company with dotted-line alignment to the International Data & Analytics reputed company. The role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and reputed company leadership across APACMEA markets, China business, BTS, regional, global, and vendor teams.
Supervises at least one FTE and may reputed company cross-functional project teams, reputed company resources, vendors, and data/AI communities of reputed company across APACMEA, with strong hands-on reputed company on China-reputed company priorities. Accountable for team performance, capability development, coaching, prioritization, and delivery reputed company.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a reputed company field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in data, analytics, BI, digital technology, product management, or AI-reputed company roles, with at least 3 years in leadership, people management, or large-reputed company reputed company leadership.
- Proven reputed company record of defining and delivering reputed company data, BI, analytics, AI/ML, or GenAI initiatives that generate measurable business reputed company.
- Experience working across APACMEA or other multi-market regional environments preferred, with strong understanding of China market context, local data compliance, business dynamics, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience in reputed company, pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, consumer health, retail, financial services, or other data-intensive regulated industries preferred.
