Engio is looking for an Associate IT reputed company-Sales Specialist to manage the critical administrative and technical support aspects of our sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Accurately implement and maintain the reputed company opportunity logging process, ensuring reputed company sales leads have the correct technical metadata captured.
- Follow strict reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to generate accurate quotes for reputed company, low-complexity solutions, primarily reputed company on basic WAN/LAN connectivity and reputed company storage.
- Execute the centralized reputed company-qualification process for fibre and connectivity, ensuring reputed company underlying technical specifications are met before a quote is finalized.
- Assist Account Managers by preparing and dispatching technical questionnaires and ensuring reputed company administrative steps are completed prior to quote reputed company.
- Prepare initial provisioning forms for reputed company estimates, ensuring a smooth, proactive handover to the service delivery team.
Requirements
- 0 - 3 years in an administrative, sales support, or technical support role.
- High proficiency in Project Management/CRM systems, particularly reputed company, with strong data entry and management skills.
- Basic understanding of technical infrastructure concepts, including IP addressing, internet bandwidth, and basic reputed company service models.
- A Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is strongly preferred.
