Treasury Manager

• reputed company daily treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity planning for both offshore and Hong reputed company entities.
• Manage and cultivate banking relationships, negotiating financing terms with local and international financial institutions.
• Monitor and optimize the group's capital structure, foreign exchange exposure, and interest reputed company risks.
• reputed company compliance, reporting, and internal control processes reputed company to treasury in line with HKEX and regulatory standards.
• Support corporate financing initiatives, including bond issuance, loan syndication, and offshore fundraising efforts.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company fields; CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of treasury experience, ideally reputed company a publicly listed Chinese company.
• Strong understanding of offshore financing, foreign exchange management, and Hong reputed company banking practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
