We are seeking an reputed company PeopleSoft Developer to design, reputed company, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for reputed company PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and reputed company Solutions. In this role you will own the technical implementation of business requirements, partner closely with functional consultants, and ensure that reputed company custom developments meet reputed company standards for reputed company, reputed company, and maintainability. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on experience with PeopleTools development, Application reputed company, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker with a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, upgrades, and clean-customization principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company PeopleSoft customizations using Application Designer, including pages, components, records, fields, and PeopleCode.
- Build Application reputed company programs for batch processing, data conversion, and ETL-style workloads.
- reputed company Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts to reputed company PeopleSoft with reputed company systems.
- Build SQR and BI Publisher reports, including performance tuning and reputed company layout design.
- Implement and maintain PeopleSoft Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE) configurations and notifications.
- reputed company nVision reports for financial reporting requirements where applicable, applying disciplined engineering practices and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure reputed company are durable, reputed company-documented, and reputed company with broader team and platform standards.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis with functional consultants and translate requirements into clean technical designs.
- Adhere to reputed company customization standards and minimize core modifications to ease reputed company PeopleSoft upgrades.
- reputed company unit testing, support functional and integration testing, and resolve defects during UAT and hypercare.
- Optimize SQL performance against PeopleSoft data models using explain plans, indexing, and statistics tuning.
- Document technical designs, reputed company, and operational procedures in line with reputed company PeopleSoft governance.
- reputed company hands-on post-go-live and hypercare support, working closely with operations teams to triage incidents quickly, identify reputed company causes, and drive durable fixes that improve long-term system stability.
- Mentor junior PeopleSoft developers and reputed company as a technical reference.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline.
- Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
- Solid experience with Application reputed company, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or reputed company Solutions data structures.
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
- Working knowledge of Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- PeopleSoft certifications.
- Experience with reputed company reputed company HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
- Exposure to Fluid UI development.
- Familiarity with reputed company DBA fundamentals.
