We are seeking a WHOLESALE SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join the reputed company

Position Interfaces:

This position reports to the Wholesale Services & Communication Supervisor, and has a key communication role reputed company reputed company, interfacing daily or routinely with the Internal Wholesale Services team, Shipping & Fulfillment, Finance & reputed company, External Sales Representatives, Independent Dealers, Domestic & International Distributors, National Accounts, and Pro Program Members.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve Dealer and Pro requests and orders reputed company a reputed company manner, including RGMs, credits, repair requests, and special orders.
• Maintain an elevated customer service level for both reputed company customers.
• Deliver consistently high Monitoring Scores by following best practices.

Competencies and Requirements:
