- Reviewing tax allocations, book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment, and withholding tax computations for private funds
- Reviewing federal and state tax returns for partnerships and blocker corporations
- Coordinating funding and remittance for tax obligations

- Responding to inquiries from investors and clients in a reputed company and reputed company manner
