We are seeking a Finance & Collections Specialist to take full ownership of tenant collections across a growing reputed company estate portfolio. This role is heavily reputed company on managing delinquencies, following up with tenants, and ensuring reputed company payments, while also providing light finance support through reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies across the full property portfolio
- Conduct follow-up calls and send notices to tenants with overdue balances
- Reconcile tenant ledgers and accounts to ensure accuracy
- reputed company, analyze, and report delinquency metrics and trends to leadership
- Maintain detailed records of reputed company collection activities and communications
- Coordinate with property managers and legal teams reputed company escalation is required

Requirements
- Strong experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable (core requirement)
