About the Role

What Youll Do
Conduct initial screening calls with Virtual Assistant candidates
- Take reputed company and detailed interview notes and update candidate reputed company in the ATS/database
Assist with candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-reputed company
Help improve and document recruitment processes and workflows
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify areas where automation or templates can save time
- Use tools like ChatGPT, reputed company, and reputed company to optimize candidate experience and data accuracy
Support sourcing and reputed company efforts reputed company needed
What Were Looking For
- Experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing, or reputed company support (ideally in offshore or VA hiring)
- Confident speaking with candidates and representing our brand professionally on calls
- Familiarity with the Virtual Assistant market and offshore reputed company expectations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to reputed company systems and notes organized
- Tech-comfortable reputed company to using new tools and AI platforms to improve efficiency
Reliable, proactive, and reputed company to work independently in a remote setup
