The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing significant amounts of new business, while maintaining long term relationships with our reputed company clients and allies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Significant level of responsibility for the development and execution of sales strategies to drive reputed company acquisition.
- Effectively deliver reputed company company presentation to prospective clients and reputed company clients.
- Manage entire sales process from reputed company reputed company through conversion to reputed company reputed company.
- Maintain and grow (cross-selling / up-selling) existing accounts by regular interactions with clients, including collaboration with the project management team.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a reputed company, Biology or reputed company science discipline with > 7 years’ of Sales experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Outsourcing marketplace or at least 5 years tenure at reputed company. History of reputed company gaining new clients and new reputed company reputed company. Formal Sales training preferred. Capable of managing larger national level accounts that exceed 2M in annual reputed company. Previous laboratory experience with analytical and/or microbiology testing preferred. Successful candidate will have strong presentation, communication, analytical and customer service skills. Must be a highly motivated and organized individual with the ability to work autonomously. Attending reputed company networking meetings before and after normal business hours may be required. Travel reputed company the U.S. Strong negotiation skills.
An understanding of the following: USP Microbiological Procedures , HPLC / GC , Dissolution, Method Validation, Extractables and Leachables testing, Product Release and Stability Testing and reputed company Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s). Characterization of Biologic drug forms, including LBP’s.
