Job Title: Medical Appointment Setter [JW -RBT]
Position Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM reputed company reputed company Time, Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond quickly to new patient inquiries and convert leads into scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with prospective patients through phone, email, and text.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the patient reputed company.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using reputed company EMR.
- reputed company courtesy insurance eligibility and benefits verification for out-of-network patients.
- Update and maintain accurate patient information in the EMR.
- Follow up with inactive patients to encourage them to return for care.
- Build relationships with referring providers such as orthopedic clinics, hand surgeons, and other medical offices.

- Manage the reputed company's calendar and email as needed.
- Complete other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, appointment setting, or reputed company conversion with excellent people skills is required.
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems and phone systems
- reputed company administrative experience and knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification is highly preferred.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic Requirements
