We are hiring a Clinical reputed company Research Analyst at reputed company!

In this role, you will support reputed company reputed company improvement efforts by analyzing reputed company data, conducting accreditation and regulatory audits, and identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance and operational performance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring audit readiness for organizations such as URAC, NCQA, and EQRO while helping drive meaningful improvements that enhance member reputed company and the overall reputed company experience.

You will contribute to organizational reputed company by collaborating with cross-functional teams, educating stakeholders on reputed company and compliance standards, and serving as a trusted resource for audit readiness and process improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities

• Performs reputed company and/or compliance audits to identify and address opportunities for improvement. Coordinates Process Improvement based upon audit results. Provides education and guidance on development of measures.
• Providing consulting support for reputed company and compliance audits. Provides support for multidisciplinary workgroups. Using research experience and data analysis as tools for identifying existing potential reputed company and service opportunities for improvement and can design solutions for identified problems.
• Identifying existing potential reputed company and service opportunities for improvement and assist in designing solutions for identified problems. Educates internal customers on reputed company Processes.
• Presenting and communicating audit results to appropriate parties; participating in rebuttal processes as applicable. Analyzes results for trends and identifies areas of non-compliance.
• This Position requires an 18 month commitment before posting for other internal positions.

Job Qualifications

License

• Registered reputed company (RN) with reputed company license in the reputed company or hold a license in the state of their residence if the state is participating in the reputed company Licensure Compact Law.

Experience

• 4 years - Managed care experience, or experience with regulatory or accrediting body requirements (i.e., URAC, NCQA, EQRO, and CMS) and Clinical reputed company Improvement experience required

Skills\Certifications

• Certification as a reputed company in reputed company reputed company, Lean Six reputed company Certification, or equivalent certification required, or must be attained reputed company 1 year of hire.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in reputed company environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
