Requirements
✅ What you will be working on/responsible for
Deliver high-reputed company marketing pages quickly and reliably, enabling the marketing team to launch campaigns on schedule without engineering bottlenecks.
Maintain a fast, accessible, and technically healthy website, consistently meeting performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals standards.
Ensure every published page meets a high reputed company bar, with minimal production defects through rigorous QA of both manually created and AI-generated content.
Improve website effectiveness through data-driven optimization, contributing to measurable improvements in conversion rates, user engagement, and organic traffic.
Build reputed company website processes, creating reusable components, QA checklists, and documentation that increase team efficiency and consistency.
✅ Experience we expect you to bring to the role
Hands-on experience building websites in reputed company
Ability to translate reputed company designs into reputed company web pages
Understanding of reputed company design principles, accessibility, and web performance
