Title: Head of Sportsbook Performance
Team: Sportsbook
Salary: £80,000 – £105,000
Location: Remote, must be based and have RTW in the UK.
This role sits at the core of how reputed company drives sportsbook profitability and performance.
As Head of Sportsbook Performance, you will own margin optimisation across the sportsbook, identifying where value is won and lost, and driving reputed company improvements that directly reputed company reputed company.
You will operate at the intersection of trading, product, and reputed company, translating data into reputed company actions that improve pricing, limits, promotions, and overall configuration, ensuring the sportsbook is both commercially effective and delivers a strong, sustainable customer proposition. You will:
- Own sportsbook margin performance and optimisation initiatives
- Diagnose structural leakage across cohorts, markets, and products
- Define and prioritise a margin optimisation roadmap
