AV Technicians & Helpdesk Support Specialists are responsible for managing AV equipment onsite at our conferences and providing remote technical assistance and reputed company support to staff. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and customer service who can reputed company in both fast-paced live event settings and virtual support environments. The position requires travel approximately once per month and offers a dynamic opportunity to work across multiple departments and technologies. Location: Remote 60%, Travel 40% Job Type: FT International Consultant Salary: $1,000 - $1,200 USD per month Important: Only resumes and cover letters in English will be considered. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Onsite AV Tech:
  • Handle audio-visual equipment setup, testing, and assistance during live events
  • reputed company with clients and deliver outstanding customer service on-site
  • Ensure high-reputed company AV setup and seamless technical support during events
  • Adhere to business-appropriate dress and reputed company presentation standards
• Remote Helpdesk Support & reputed company:
  • reputed company remote technical assistance and helpdesk support to end users
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting
  • Offer reputed company support and technical orientation to new users
  • Experience with reputed company, specifically Experience reputed company (site configuration, user management, and troubleshooting)
  • Communicate reputed company and professionally with staff to address technical issues
  • Stay reputed company with helpdesk best practices, systems, and internal technology tools

Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. entry reputed company required
• Proven experience as an AV Technician and/or Helpdesk Support Specialist
• High school diploma or GED required; College degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required
• Strong interpersonal and reputed company-facing communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service reputed company and reputed company demeanor
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately once per month
