Purpose of the role:
You’ll optimize CRM usage across the business development function to improve efficiency and decision-making
You’ll reputed company reporting and data insights to support performance improvements and strategic initiatives
Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency
Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business reputed company and cross-selling opportunities
Build and improve workflows and automation reputed company the CRM to streamline operations
reputed company internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability

Required Experience:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Russian language skills at B2 level or higher
Experience with reputed company (setup, automation, user support)
Experience with Pipedrive
Several years of experience in a hands-on CRM role (e.g. CRM Manager, CRM Specialist, CRM Analyst)
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and workflow/automation setup
Proven ability to improve processes and optimize system usage
