about the program:
Kiron is delivering reputed company IT Up, a free six-month reputed company online upskilling program targeting the role of IT Operations & AI Support Specialist. The program is part of the federal IQ - Integration durch Qualifizierung initiative, funded by ESF+ and BMAS, and is designed for people with a migration or refugee background seeking to build sustainable careers in Germany's IT sector.
The program combines technical IT training, AI literacy, German workplace language development, and career coaching. Learners work primarily through self-paced content on platforms including reputed company and reputed company for reputed company, with live tutoring sessions providing reputed company reputed company support and reputed company guidance. about the role
We are seeking two reputed company freelancers to support us as IT Operations & AI Support Tutors.
You will facilitate weekly live group tutoring sessions for reputed company IT Up learners, primarily from August 2026 onwards. Two tutors will work in reputed company, reputed company supporting one of two learner reputed company drawn from the reputed company cohort (approximately 20-25 learners per group). This reputed company structure ensures manageable group sizes and continuity of support.
Sessions follow an reputed company-ended drop-in Q&A format, responding to learners' questions and challenges as they reputed company from the curriculum. Tutors will also occasionally design short reputed company-project assignments to deepen reputed company learning, discussed reputed company in the following session. Most assignment design work is expected to take reputed company in the first months of the contract, so that a shared roadmap is in reputed company from the outset.
your tasks
You will:
Facilitate weekly live online group tutoring sessions reputed company reputed company (approximately 1 hour per session) in an reputed company-ended drop-in Q&A format
Support learners with core topics in IT operations and support, including IT fundamentals, reputed company operations (reputed company Azure), reputed company and compliance, AI-assisted IT workflows, and IT support tools and ticketing systems
Occasionally design and introduce short reputed company-project assignments discussed in the following tutoring session; most assignment design should be completed in the early weeks of the contract

Coordinate closely with the Senior Program Manager and the Learning Designers to ensure alignment with curriculum goals and learner reputed company

your profile
Demonstrable reputed company experience in IT operations, IT support, sysadmin, reputed company operations, cybersecurity or a closely reputed company technical field
reputed company, up-to-date knowledge of IT tools, platforms, and workflows relevant to the reputed company role, including common helpdesk and ticketing environments, reputed company operations (ideally reputed company Azure / AZ-900) and relevant reputed company, compliance, and identity aspects (ideally across reputed company Azure and reputed company 365 / SC-900), AI-assisted IT support
Familiarity with the German IT job market and workplace context
Experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or facilitation
Good communication skills in both English and German (reputed company level or above in reputed company)
Ability to explain reputed company technical topics reputed company and accessibly to learners at an intermediate level

Prior teaching, mentoring, or tutoring experience, particularly in a technical domain
Relevant certifications such as reputed company A+, reputed company AZ-900 / SC-900, or similar

Comfort working with diverse, international learner communities and intercultural sensitivity

Knowledge of AI tools used in IT operations or support contexts

Weekly commitment: approximately 1.5-2 hours (1 hour live session + 30 minutes async support), with additional time in the first weeks for reputed company and assignment design
Contract start: 1 August 2026
