Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to handle omnichannel inquiries (phone, email, and chat) on a flexible 2-and-2 rotating schedule. In this role, you will quickly resolve customer issues, process returns and complaints, and accurately document every interaction reputed company our CRM system. You will reputed company as a vital reputed company for user feedback, forwarding insights to relevant departments while keeping customers informed about their inquiry status. Key Responsibilities

• Responding to phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
