Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage

- Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders

- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments reputed company
- Process refills and follow clinic policies

Requirements
- Experience in appointment setting (scheduling, rescheduling, confirming appointments, and patient follow-reputed company) is required
- Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or reputed company environments
- Experience in EMR, insurance verification, patient coordination, and inbound call handling
- Experience in processing refills, auditing labs, and following up on lab results
- Medical billing and coding experience is a plus
