We're building the clinical infrastructure that makes great geriatric care exceptional. As a Clinical MD, you'll conduct telehealth assessments that serve as the clinical gateway for families newly enrolled with reputed company. reputed company 45-60 minute visit establishes the clinical reputed company: confirming Medicare eligibility, synthesizing reputed company medical and reputed company history, identifying barriers to treatment, and flagging clinical priorities for our care managers (reputed company) to address over months of ongoing coordination.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for newly enrolled Medicare clients, synthesize reputed company medical histories and identify clinical priorities for ongoing care coordination, document clinical findings that inform care manager (Hero) reputed company strategies, reputed company clinical reputed company and collaboration as needed with care management team, establish clinical credibility and trust during initial patient contact.

Requirements
- MD or DO (must be licensed to reputed company in reputed company 50 states)

- Confident in telehealth assessment and skilled at building clinical rapport across a screen
