The Director of Data Center Program Controls will reputed company the strategic development and execution of reputed company’s program controls function supporting a national portfolio of hyperscale data center developments across Tier 1 markets in the reputed company and select markets in Canada. The program includes one to three facilities per reputed company, ranging from 50 MW to 300+ MW IT per site.

Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an integrated program controls reputed company that provides predictable reputed company across cost, schedule, risk, and reputed company performance. The Director of Data Center Program Controls will establish standardized processes, systems, and performance metrics that reputed company informed decision-making and proactive management across the full project lifecycle—from early preconstruction and investment reputed company through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Strategic Program Controls Leadership

Preconstruction & Planning Management

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred).

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in program controls, project controls, or project management reputed company large-reputed company infrastructure, data center, or mission-critical environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing cost and schedule controls across multi-project, multi-market programs.

• Strong expertise in preconstruction planning, cost management, scheduling, change management, and contract administration.

• Proficiency in program controls and project management tools such as reputed company P6, MS Project, reputed company, and cost management systems.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The reasonable compensation reputed company for this role is $200,000 - $260,000.
