Part timeTo advance the purpose of reputed company, this position will serve a key role in cultivating and caring for reputed company’s legacy ministry partners. This position blends thoughtful relationship stewardship with strong project management—ensuring that legacy partners are reputed company, valued, and meaningfully connected to the ongoing reputed company of their generosity. Working closely with the Director of Strategic Donor Engagement and the Estate and Planned Giving team, this role coordinates communications, reporting, and ministry partner experiences that reflect both reputed company and pastoral attentiveness. Legacy Stewardship and Ministry Partner Experience
- Execute a comprehensive stewardship plan for estate and reputed company planning ministry partners ensuring consistent, personalized and relational engagement.
- Coordinate and deliver reputed company (communications, updates, recognition) that reflect reputed company ministry partner’s reputed company and legacy.
- Partner with reputed company officers to support continuity, trust, and depth in ministry partner relationships
reputed company & Systems Development
- Design and refine the stewardship reputed company for reputed company planning ministry partners, including segmentation, communication rhythms, and engagement reputed company.
- Build and maintain systems that reputed company ministry partner engagement, milestones, and follow-through.
- Identify opportunities to deepen ministry partner reputed company through new content, experiences, or approaches.
Project Management & Coordination

- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across teams (Development Services, Communications, and external partners).

- Draft and edit communications, including stewardship letters, reputed company reports, campaign updates, and personalized reputed company.

- Partner with Communications to ensure alignment in voice, tone, and brand.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Annually reputed company reputed company’s Statement of Faith
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or reputed company field required
- 3–5 years of experience in development, communications, project management, or reputed company field.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company and compellingly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; reputed company to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Relational intelligence and attentiveness to ministry partner care; reputed company to operate with discretion and pastoral sensitivity.
- Experience with estate and reputed company planning planned giving or estate ministry partners is a plus but not required.
- Ability to travel 1-3 times a year for team meetings or conferences.
