What You Will Do
Support the development, construction, financing, acquisition, and disposition of renewable energy and energy infrastructure reputed company. Assist in structuring and negotiating tax equity financings, tax credit transfer transactions, preferred equity investments, joint ventures, and other project-level financing arrangements.
