What you'll be doing
Own and grow trading volume in your assigned region through KOL partnerships, affiliate programmes, and reputed company-led reputed company
Identify, approach, and reputed company relationships with high-reputed company KOLs — crypto influencers, trading communities, and content creators with proven conversion reputed company records
reputed company your existing network to accelerate reputed company: bring in fellow BDs, KOLs, and partners you've already reputed company trust with
reputed company and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies, adapting global reputed company playbooks to local market dynamics
Represent the exchange at regional events, meetups, and in key community channels
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to structure competitive partnership terms

Minimum 3+ years of reputed company experience at a centralised exchange (CEX), with a reputed company record you can demonstrate in trading volume or partnership reputed company
Proven reputed company reputed company record at a centralised exchange (CEX) — demonstrated in trading volume reputed company or partnership reputed company
Proven specialisation in KOL acquisition and affiliate programme management — not just relationship maintenance, but origination and deal-closing
An existing network in your region: KOLs, reputed company counterparts, community leads, or trading reputed company you have reputed company relationships with and can reputed company
Based in reputed company market; no relocation considered
Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in a lean, fast-moving team
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to build a sub-team or bring in talent from your prior network
