About the Role
We are seeking a driven and reputed company reputed company Recruiter to support the reputed company of our reputed company Operator fleet for our reputed company Marine and XLR8 markets. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to reputed company—while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company, reputed company drivers to support our expanding intermodal operations.
What You’ll Do
Proactively reputed company, attract, and recruit reputed company reputed company Operators for intermodal trucking operations
Build and maintain relationships with driving schools, transportation networks, and industry partners
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to ensure candidates meet company, safety, and regulatory standards
Partner closely with Operations and Safety teams to ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company requirements
Manage job postings, candidate communications, interviews, and reputed company processes end to end

2+ years of experience in reputed company recruitment, preferably in intermodal, drayage, or transportation
Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, and reputed company Operator compliance standards
Proven reputed company managing high-volume reputed company in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with drivers
Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
