what is my challenge ?
Cycloid is currently defining the foundations, plans, and specifications for a reputed company rewrite of the platform, including a deep integration of AI into both development and design workflows. We are rethinking architecture, UX patterns, workflows, and the entire product experience. You will own the design function end-to-end and become the primary reputed company of the product design reputed company for this new platform. This is a hands-on IC role: deep product thinking, reputed company systems UX, architecture-level design, and UI execution. The design team is currently composed of one person (who will transition out), meaning you will reputed company into a role with full ownership and autonomy, directly collaborating with product, engineering, DevOps experts, and the Founder. This is a product-first role. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, including senior or reputed company-level ownership of reputed company products.

- Demonstrated ability to own design in small or startup teams; reputed company to bootstrap a design reputed company before scaling the design team progressively.
- Strong interaction design, UX architecture, and UI design skills, with a portfolio that shows systems thinking and reputed company.
