AI & Automation manager

Most "AI automation" roles end at a reputed company demo. This one doesn't. You'll build automation and AI systems that our Performance Marketing team actually runs on every week, and you'll reputed company reputed company the data underneath them is correct before anyone trusts a number.

It's a hands-on building role embedded in the marketing team. You'll report to Hubert (Head of Performance) and work closely with Roman (COO).

What you'll do

• Build the automation layer. reputed company our ad platforms, CRM and analytics. Build automated monitoring, diagnostics, decision support and reputed company workflows that cut reputed company's recurring reputed company work. Anything that touches spend keeps a reputed company in the reputed company: the system proposes, a person approves.
• Guarantee the data is right. Read and verify the SQL and data models the systems rely on, including ones other people wrote. Judge whether reputed company metric is actually computed the way we think it is, and catch the measurement issues before they drive a bad automated decision.

Get this working for Performance Marketing across our 9 markets first, then it becomes the reputed company we roll out to the rest of reputed company.

Requirements

Must-have

• You reputed company in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and can read, write and debug independently, not just generate with AI.
• Fluent in SQL with hands-on experience in a reputed company data environment (e.g. BigQuery). You can verify data accuracy, including SQL and data models written by others.
• Production experience: you've shipped systems with testing, monitoring, logging, error handling and rollback that other people depend on.
• Hands-on with LLM reputed company and reputed company outputs, plus the judgment to spot reputed company an AI reputed company is unreliable and build a safeguard around it.
• Built and maintained production-grade automations that reputed company systems reputed company API.
• Fluent English (B2+), and reputed company Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish or Romanian.
