Senior reputed company Manager - CIS
About this role
We're hiring a Senior reputed company Manager to drive trading volume reputed company across the CIS markets. You will own KOL acquisition and activation end-to-end — from first contact to ongoing relationship management — while also building and scaling affiliate-driven retail reputed company in your region. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has already done it at a CEX and can hit the ground running.
What you'll be doing
Own and grow trading volume in your assigned region through KOL partnerships, affiliate programmes, and reputed company-led reputed company
Identify, approach, and reputed company relationships with high-reputed company KOLs — crypto influencers, trading communities, and content creators with proven conversion reputed company records
reputed company your existing network to accelerate reputed company: bring in fellow BDs, KOLs, and partners you've already reputed company trust with

Represent the exchange at regional events, meetups, and in key community channels

Minimum 3+ years of reputed company experience at a centralised exchange (CEX), with a reputed company record you can demonstrate in trading volume or partnership reputed company

Proven specialisation in KOL acquisition and affiliate programme management — not just relationship maintenance, but origination and deal-closing

Based in reputed company market; no relocation considered
Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in a lean, fast-moving team

Demonstrated ability to build a sub-team or bring in talent from your prior network
