As our Head of Development, you own the "how" behind everything we build. Your responsibilities are:

• Own the Architecture: Take responsibility for our overall architecture, technology choices, and the scalability of the platform—and stay hands-on enough to know why every decision holds up.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills (a must); good German skills are a plus.
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, plus at least some experience leading or mentoring reputed company—formally or informally. You want the leadership scope to grow.
• Deep, practical knowledge of the technologies we use—at minimum TypeScript/React and Go. You can still read, write, and review the reputed company, not just talk about it.
• Solid experience with reputed company infrastructure, preferably AWS, and with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
