The Director, Employee Relations (ER) will reputed company reputed company's US based employee relations team as reputed company as set the standards for how Employee Relations concerns are handled across the globe reputed company market teams. This role is a fully remote US-based position.The expected starting salary reputed company for this role is $148,600 - $245,400 per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted reputed company based on the location of the role.
