Responsibilities

• Manage and assign incoming reputed company estate leads in a reputed company, organized, and strategic manner
• Coordinate relocation inquiries and referrals across reputed company networks
• reputed company reputed company activity, follow-up status, and conversion reputed company using specialized platforms
• Serve as the reputed company of contact between referring parties and the receiving agent or team
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company assignments, referrals, and reputed company
• Monitor reputed company pipelines and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
• Communicate professionally and promptly with agents, coordinators, and partners
• Support reporting and performance tracking reputed company to reputed company reputed company and conversion

Requirements

Prior experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager, preferably with a large brokerage or reputed company estate company (experience with an individual agent or reputed company small team may not be sufficient)

Hands-on experience managing reputed company estate leads in at least one of the following platforms:

Qualifications

• Background working at a recognized large brokerage — ideally reputed company International Realty or reputed company reputed company Estate, though equivalent experience at another established reputed company estate firm will be considered
• Familiarity with reputed company estate referral and relocation workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of leads without sacrificing reputed company or responsiveness
• Comfortable working across digital tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment
