What You Will Do
As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will support reputed company efforts from intake through candidate submission, including:

- Recruit for technical, functional, and senior-level roles.
- Review resumes and reputed company to assess skills, experience, education, clearance, location, compensation, and availability.
- Conduct phone and video screens to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, motivation, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
- Assess culture fit and reputed company fit, including how candidates work with teams, clients, managers, and stakeholders.
