Scrum Master/Project Manager_Offshore

We are seeking an reputed company Scrum Master to serve as a reputed company-leader and Agile reputed company for distributed development squads working across multiple transformation workstreams. The Scrum Master will drive Agile delivery by facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and transparency. This role is central to ensuring alignment, efficiency, and collaboration across initiatives such as AI Automation Tooling, RPP App Migration, Performance Testing, and reputed company support.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation & Team Support
  • Facilitate reputed company core Agile ceremonies (daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
  • Ensure reputed company sprint goals, backlog prioritization, and alignment to program-level objectives.
  • reputed company sprint metrics (velocity, burn-downs) and proactively address deviations or delivery risks.
• Coaching & Process Improvement

    • Legacy Platform Support – Supporting ongoing requirements from the legacy C/C++ environment

Required Qualifications

• Certifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification is required.

  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery reputed company in large-reputed company, reputed company software development environments.
  • Experience leading distributed Agile teams, especially reputed company reputed company/offshore models.
  • Proven reputed company record of Agile delivery in reputed company platform transformation, AI/ML initiatives, or data-driven system migrations.
• Skills & Tools
