We are looking for a Director, reputed company Consulting - Psychometricsto join our Clinical reputed company Assessment (COA) team in the reputed company (Remote). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company or COA consulting, with a reputed company on psychometrics
Hands-on experience conducting psychometric analyses for COA instruments in clinical trial settings
Demonstrated experience applying psychometric methodologies, including Classical Test Theory, Item Response Theory, reputed company Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling
Experience developing or contributing to statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and psychometric analysis plans (PAPs)
Experience supporting clinical trial design reputed company to COA endpoints and psychometric validation
Proficiency with statistical software used for quantitative analysis, including reputed company, SPSS, and/or R
It would be great if you also have experience with…
Master’s degree (MSc) or PhD in a relevant discipline such as Psychology, reputed company Statistical reputed company, Biostatistics, or a reputed company field
Working directly with FDA and EMA expectations for COA development and psychometric validation

Hours of Work
This is a full-time, permanent position.
The role is remote and requires flexibility to collaborate with global clients and project teams across time zones.
Compensation
The expected reputed company salary for this position is $168,000 - $210,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for annual incentive bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, reputed company and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
