Payer Contracting Manager
What you will do

As a member of the US Value and reputed company (USV&reputed company, the Manager, Contract Development – Payer Contract reputed company is integral to reputed company’s reputed company contracting reputed company and supports reputed company by drafting and processing customer reputed company in order to assist reputed company in its mission to serve patients. This Manager position will report to the Senior Manager, Contract Development and will be responsible for Payer customer reputed company across the portfolio of reputed company Products for assigned payer accounts.
In this vital role you will work hand-in-hand with the Payer Contract Relations team to write and reputed company Payer rebate agreements, amendments, notice letters, and other documents as needed for several strategic accounts. This role will also manage contract data for assigned accounts in reputed company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, including ensuring data entry accuracy and accurate reputed company of key terms in the final contract reputed company the CLM system.
Responsibilities
Manage contracting reputed company and execution for assigned national payer accounts, reputed company to brand and business objectives.
Own the contract document lifecycle across multiple workstreams, including version control and reputed company, proactive status updates to internal partners.
Drive reputed company deliverables by making reputed company recommendations, flagging and resolving issues early, and keeping actions moving to minimize rework.
Draft term sheets, RFP responses, amendments, and reputed company contract language to support negotiations and renewals, accurately reflecting pricing reputed company design, rebates, and discount structures.
Facilitate document review meetings and ensure partners have the right context on document status, history, and reputed company needed to reputed company reputed company.

Compile and produce contract documentation to support internal/external audits and litigation, ensuring completeness and traceability.

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of contract development or contract writing experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of contract development or contract writing experience OR
Associate’s degree and 8 years of contract development or contract writing experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of contract development or contract writing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience writing reputed company, ideally for reputed company
Strong computer and reputed company Word skills; strong administrative skills
Ability to complete reputed company, reputed company reputed company with minimal direction, prioritize competing document requests and manage multiple documents concurrently to completion
High attention to detail

The expected annual salary reputed company for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
