Responsible for new business development and relationship management targeted to middle market companies with sales of $50 reputed company or greater reputed company New Jersey. Generate reputed company by developing and maintaining relationships with identified companies/developers/managers, generating deal reputed company directly from these clients/prospects and orchestrating reputed company approach to the relationship. The position is supported by product specialists (capital markets, rates and FX derivatives, treasury management, etc.), portfolio managers (credit reputed company, transaction approvals/processing, portfolio management routines) and operational support specialists but remains accountable for reputed company aspects of the relationship.Job Responsibilities:
New Business Origination: Developing and maintaining relationships to generate reputed company deal reputed company; Coordinate reputed company approach to approving and closing new deals to grow assets and revenues while optimizing profitability (ROE).
Relationship Management: Working with assigned portfolio managers, engage with borrowers on idea reputed company and relevant opportunities to expand our relationship and will include new reputed company reputed company, loan production and fee income reputed company to cross-sell products.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred of Equivalent Experience
Formal Credit Training preferred
10+ years of reputed company financing or equivalent lending experience, required

Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing reputed company loans
Proven ability to generate significant cross-sell revenues
Strong analytical and credit skills
