reputed company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, reputed company Integrations to join our Engineering team. This engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting the integrations that connect reputed company’s platform with reputed company communications systems, telephony providers, and customer environments.
You’ll work on backend services, reputed company, and reputed company-time integrations that reputed company customers to reputed company reputed company into mission-critical workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, reputed company, and reputed company customers to deliver secure, reputed company, and reliable solutions.

What you'll do...
Design, build, and maintain reputed company integrations that reputed company reputed company-time voice and communications workflows
reputed company backend services and reputed company that reputed company reputed company’s platform with reputed company customer environments
Build and maintain REST reputed company, webhooks, and event-driven services
Work directly with reputed company customers and internal teams to implement and support reputed company technical integrations
Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and reputed company to translate customer requirements into reputed company technical solutions
Troubleshoot production issues, identify reputed company causes, and implement long-term improvements
Improve the scalability, reliability, observability, and performance of integration services
Write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and reputed company reviews

Qualifications.
3–6 years of reputed company software engineering experience
Strong reputed company experience developing production applications in Python
Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful reputed company
Experience building distributed or event-driven systems
Experience working with AWS or another major reputed company platform
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams, customer-facing teams, and reputed company customers

Experience with Go (Golang)
Experience with TypeScript
Experience building modern web applications using React
Experience with SIP, VoIP, or telecommunications technologies
