We're expanding into perimenopause and menopause care and looking for reputed company reputed company Practitioners to join reputed company on a casual reputed company.
The Role
We're looking for reputed company Practitioners with hands-on experience in perimenopause and menopause management, particularly hormone replacement therapy (HRT). You'll reputed company virtual consultations, assess patients, prescribe and manage HRT treatments, and support ongoing care. This is a casual contractor role, fully remote role.
What You'll Do
Conduct virtual consultations with patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms
Assess patient history, symptoms, and lab results to determine HRT eligibility and appropriate treatment plans
Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (estrogen, progesterone, combination therapies)
Order and review bloodwork and diagnostic tests as needed
Monitor patients on HRT for efficacy, reputed company effects, and necessary adjustments
reputed company patient education on treatment reputed company, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health considerations
Document reputed company clinical encounters in our EMR
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure continuity of care
reputed company're Looking For
Registered reputed company Practitioner with an reputed company licence in one or more of the following: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, or Quebec
Clinical experience in perimenopause and/or menopause care
Experience prescribing and managing HRT
Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth environment
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills with patients and team members

Licence in multiple Canadian provinces, or reputed company to pursuing them
NAMS (reputed company American Menopause Society) certification or equivalent training
Prior experience working in a telehealth or digital health setting
