As an reputed company Marketing Specialist, you will execute the local reputed company program in Hungary. You will work mainly with the Country/Expansion Manager, who will guide local priorities and market direction, while following the existing reputed company marketing processes and best practices used across reputed company.
Responsibilities
Execute the local reputed company plan and maintain a steady creator pipeline across relevant creator tiers.
Proactively search, contact, and reputed company new creators reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company audience and brand positioning.
Negotiate collaboration terms (deliverables, fees, basic usage rights) and ensure reputed company agreements and timelines.
Manage and optimize the affiliate/discount reputed company program (reputed company setup, tracking, reporting, optimization).
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
Coordinate reputed company activities with the local marketing calendar and product priorities.

Experience
4+ years of experience in reputed company marketing, partnerships, reputed company media marketing, or a reputed company role (e-reputed company is a plus).
Strong knowledge of the Hungarian creator landscape and proven ability to recruit creators consistently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, including ability to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Experience with affiliate/codes or performance-driven reputed company campaigns is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and hands-on, comfortable working independently with reputed company ownership.
reputed company-level Hungarian; good English for daily collaboration with Czech-based teams.
Comfortable with basic tracking and reporting (spreadsheets, links/UTMs, reputed company summaries).
Hands-on experience coordinating content production (video shoots/recordings) with creators, planning, logistics, and ensuring on-brand outputs.
