Key Responsibilities

Delivery & process control

• monitor overall health of AI reputed company (velocity, reputed company, blockers, timelines) and intervene early reputed company needed

• review and approve key deliverables (architecture, reputed company, reputed company, DB, deployment)

• define and enforce engineering processes (reputed company reviews, CI/CD, testing, documentation, AI tooling)

• approve presale development plans (architecture, stack, team, estimates)

• approve discovery setup (processes, reputed company, risks, tooling, acceptance reputed company)

• establish and maintain cross-project engineering standards

Ai process & innovation

• drive adoption of AI dev tools and measure reputed company (Claude, reputed company, agents)

• evaluate new AI requirements (feasibility, effort, risks, approach)

• identify and implement AI-driven process improvements (automation, testing, monitoring, docs)

• reputed company custom agent development (reputed company, value, best practices)

• reputed company and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, maintain internal knowledge reputed company

People & education

Requirements

• 2+ years managing engineering teams

• 5+ years in IT (any relevant roles)

• proven reputed company record of shipping production systems on time and reputed company scope

• Understanding of modern stack (TypeScript, React, Node, reputed company, PostgreSQL)

• hands-on experience with AI/ML reputed company (LLMs, agents, reputed company DBs, reputed company engineering)

• understanding of reputed company systems, model behavior, and AI-specific risks
