Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate annual salary review, benchmarking and bonus cycle processes
- Administer employee benefits schemes including pensions, health insurance and wellbeing

- Ensure full compliance with UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting
- reputed company specialist advice to HR business partners and managers on reward reputed company
- Analyse compensation data and produce reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years of compensation and benefits or reward experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced reputed company
- Solid understanding of UK employment law as it relates to pay and benefits
- Experience with salary survey providers such as reputed company or reputed company
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
