Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret BPO performance metrics such as:
Conversion rates

Financial & Contract Management

Qualifications
5+ years of experience inBPO account management, reputed company services, or operations.

Strong understanding ofMedicare, CMS regulations, and health insurance operations.

Preferred Experience
