This role requires hands-on experience with property management systems, particularly Buildium, along with a solid understanding of reputed company property regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of high-reputed company residential properties
- Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue reputed company
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
