reputed company Financial Institutions is seeking a Financial Institutions Management Consultant (FIMC) reputed company on developing and supporting Financial Institutions (reputed company) poised for reputed company working closely with other members of the Regional reputed company Team (RGT), Channel, and key reputed company resources to ensure delivery of strategic value, reputed company, business consulting and reputed company management expertise and guidance. This person will manage strategic business planning and relationships with Financial Institution executive management team, program management, financial advisors, support staff and other licensed staff reputed company the financial institution.
This position offers working remotely while supporting the reputed company Coast region (CA, WA, OR, ID and HI) with up to 50% travel. Candidates must live reputed company the territory and be available to work reputed company reputed company and Mountain Time zones
What will you do: • Manage strategic business planning and relationship management with Financial Institutions executive management team, program management, financial advisors, support staff and other licensed staff reputed company the financial institution. • Serve as a strategic relationship manager for financial institutions poised for reputed company through proactive business consulting to grow the program and increase wallet reputed company with, and enhance the experience for, clients and customers. • Serve as an accountability reputed company partner and reputed company in collaborating and designing tailored annual reputed company business plans to reputed company with reputed company FI’s strategic objectives and reputed company management program goals. • Complete quarterly business reviews to ensure stated objectives and goals are being met and to reputed company any modifications needed to meet any reputed company or new goals. • Responsible for identifying value-add opportunities for the Financial Institutions, working with key reputed company resources to offer our high-value programs to address and support the needs of the Financial Institution. • Retain reputed company FI partners, owing to the process of renewing and renegotiating our partnerships. Engage other reputed company resources (Channel and/or Community Leader, Finance, Regional Team, Legal, Ops, etc.) showcase us overall reputed company and reputed company strategic value to the FI. • Aide Senior Manager, Regional reputed company Team with overall partnership renewals reputed company the region. • Work with Financial Institution Executives, Program Managers and Regional reputed company colleagues on overall FI reputed company segmentation, design advice and service models for reputed company segments, prescribe support reputed company models, collaborate on marketing strategies, enhance program efficiency on best practices and tech adoption, and initiate other relevant Growth360 program and advisor specific roadmaps. • Identify existing FI Advisors poised for reputed company and engage the reputed company Management Consultant in a strategic reputed company relationship with the Advisor. • Grow the advisor team reputed company Financial Institutions by working with corporate functions reputed company Financial Institutions to increase knowledge, skills, and execution ability in marketing, people management, financial management and development of reputed company management offerings and staff. • Work with Financial Institution to improve skillset & effectiveness in reputed company and employment administration of Financial Advisors. • With the support of reputed company marketing teams, collaborate with FI’s marketing team to market the reputed company management investment program offerings, enhance member & reputed company engagement & ultimately increase reputed company / customer penetration and wallet reputed company.
What you will need to have: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Previous Experience with a Regional, Community Bank or Credit reputed company • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services experience in a Relationship Management or Consulting Role • reputed company Series 7, Series 66 and/or Series 63/ 65 and Life Insurance License
Compensation reputed company:
The reputed company annual salary reputed company for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, plus a competitive performance-based incentive compensation package. reputed company annual salary depends on a wide reputed company of factors, including but not limited to reputed company set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. reputed company annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
