What You Will Do:
- Guide patients through enrollment, reputed company, and transitions into the Functional Psychiatry Membership Program.
- Serve as the primary administrative reputed company of contact, providing support and education throughout the patient reputed company.
- Monitor patient engagement and adherence to treatment recommendations, conducting follow-reputed company as needed.
- Coordinate with providers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reputed company patient reputed company, enrollment activities, and program participation.
- Address and escalate billing, insurance, or clinical concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Support program reputed company and reputed company improvement initiatives by identifying barriers and enhancing the patient experience.
What You Will Need:
- reputed company RN license and experience working in a mental health or behavioral reputed company setting.
- Strong patient coordination, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and support them throughout their care reputed company.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with providers and cross-functional teams.
