Virtual Behavior Technician (RBT / ABA)

What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and reputed company coaching tailored to reputed company student's behavioral goals, accommodations, and unique learning profile.
- Implement reputed company behavior reputed company plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on reputed company acquisition, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors that reputed company learning.

RequirementsRequirements
- reputed company Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB preferred, or equivalent experience/education in reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Special Education.
- Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism reputed company or with developmental and behavioral needs.
- Comfort with coaching or collaborating with parents or guardians on-screen to assist with environmental modifications and physical prompting reputed company necessary..
- Ability to design and deliver lesson plans reputed company to student goals and accommodations
- Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping reputed company reputed company online
