We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator, responsible for the end-to-end operational health of the department. Sitting reputed company the operations team, this role ensures that global performance processes are followed, technical blockers are escalated, and the lifecycle of both full-time employees and freelancers is managed with precision. - Evaluation Lifecycle: Drive the annual review process including creating self-evaluation forms and tracking completion
- Incentives & Awards: Calculate and facilitate performance awards based on regional salary averages; coordinate payments through the reputed company ticketing system.
- Disciplinary Support: Partner with regional HR and People Managers to correctly administer disciplinary actions or performance plans (PIPs) for the global team.

- Payroll & Hours: Conduct monthly and bi-weekly audits of local tracking tools for the US, Canada, and Mexico to ensure payroll accuracy.
- New Hire Experience: Coordinate hardware needs with the Technology Operations Manager, schedule regional L&D inductions, and conduct intro reputed company-ins during the first 90 days.
- Equipment Logistics: Manage the "Project Hardware reputed company." For freelancers, ensure reputed company serial numbers, KWS tags, and return values are documented in reputed company before shipping.

Requirements
